Recently purchased a used pickup truck from Remus Chevrolet in North Platte and my experience couldn't have went better! Christian, my sales Rep did a wonderful job explaining the details and laying out the process without the the typical feeling of pressure in a large purchase environment that I've grown all too accustomed too. Thank you to Jerry Remus Chevy. Our car was making a lot of noise just west of Ogallala on Interstate 80. We could not figure out what was wrong. We drove 70 miles back to North Platte. I recently experienced a lock problem on my car and the door wouldn’t shut. When I called, Christian Trevizo answered. He was willing to FaceTime me so he could see what exactly was happening with the car. With the added help of Garrod Remus, I successfully was able to fix my car door. My wife and I were traveling from Minnesota to Denver on the coldest night of the year (-24deg 2/19/25) and naturally the check engine light comes on 11:00pm on I80. Pulled off in N. Platte and found Remus Chevrolet Service. Immediately from meeting Connie Cook, Service Manager, even before official opening hours my problems were solved quickly and efficiently. Our mechanic, Jesse, quickly found the problem, double checked everything and then some and we were on our way with minimal delay.

Their service department is excellent! Best, quickest service we’ve found anywhere and everyone is very friendly. We’ve had truck trouble twice while traveling I-80, and they’ve worked us in and gotten us back on the road quickly both times.

We were on vacation three weeks ago and had an issue mid-trip. We stopped here as it was the only Chevy dealer. They not only got us in right away, but identified the problem and fixed it within a few hours. Not only that, but gave us a loaner so we could go eat while they fixed it. Working with Connie and the manager was excellent and I recommend them to any traveler passing through if you have issues.

Purchased our new car in November with Jeremy’s help! He went above and beyond to make me feel at ease as my boyfriend was at work that day! So between making numerous phone calls to him and having to take my grandmother to a drs appointment the same day, he made it work with me. Just so happens we broke down at one of the best places we could have. 10 miles down the road from these guys. Excellent service, techs, and management. Broke down at 8 threw off the belt and pouring coolant and by 11:00 we are eating lunch and headed on our way!

I was traveling through Nebraska when I had engine trouble. Jerry Remus was the 6th place I called trying to get my vehicle looked at. Everyone else said they had at least a 2 week wait. That just wouldn't work. They were the only ones willing to work me in. They got to it the same day. Excellent service. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

While traveling to our home near St Louis from Reno, NV our Duramax showed an emissions code and reduced power. We called, as well as OnStar, every GMC dealer in the Cheyenne and Denver area. All advised it would be up to a week to get us in. It was surprising that there is not a culture of urgency to assist a GMC owner during an emergency while traveling. We were traveling from NYS to wyoming and our check engine light went on. They fit us in and fixed the problem right away and explained the problem in detail. Thankfully it was not serious but their attention gave us peace of mind. Buy a vehicle from them and know your service will be handled with great care.
While on vacation to Colorado, my truck started to misfire, I was able to get in and they were able to replace my spark plugs fast. Got us back on the road with little hassle.

Was 1000 miles from home and passenger front hub assembly went out on 2010 2500HD while towing a Crew Cab Long bed dually from Indiana. After calling all around town they said to stop by and they'd try and work me in. They had me back on the road in a couple of hours.
